Title: Creating a Single Source of Truth for POS Data Throughout the Organization
Abstract: During this webcast, Lora Cecere from AMR will provide the latest industry progress on DSR and related BI implementations with a real-world example from an industry leader, Fisher-Price. Fisher-Price will provide how they overcame the challenges of POS data by implementing Velocity, a Microsoft-based solution built by Vendor Managed Technologies, Inc. (VMT). Microsoft will also demonstrate their Integrated Retail Execution Portal that front ends Velocity's powerful demand signal repository (DSR) application and provides virtual real-time access to consumer takeaway and retail inventories for more accurate decision-making across the organization.
