Velocity accepts raw or unprocessed data directly from numerous sources, including EDI, AS2, flat files, etc. Its sophisticated and comprehensive ETL process translates, cleanses and harmonizes these data sources into a normalized form from which valid comparisons can be made across retailers or at individual store-level. All the normalized data is stored in Velocity's Demand Signal Repository (DSR). Velocity users interactively mine the database using Velocity's Dashboards or Analysis modules. Velocity's Report Center is utilized for either ad-hoc reporting or for scheduling automated reports that either email to business users or export to specific internal folders on shared servers. Velocity can send data to third party Business Intelligence (BI) tools for further integration and analysis.
