Vendor Managed Technologies, Inc. (VMT) today announced its Velocity® 7.0.9 solution suite has achieved certified integration with SAP® applications. The solution has been proven to integrate with SAP solutions, providing extended performance visibility down to the retail store location for manufacturers.
Since 1994, VMT's Velocity® Demand Signal Repository (DSR) technology - at the core of the Velocity® suite - has provided retailer-specific adaptors and harmonization algorithms enabling retail suppliers to closely monitor and manage their product flow from the time of shipment through consumer purchase.
The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that Velocity® 7.0.9 integrates with the SAP ERP 6.0 application by exchanging critical master data with instances of SAP Business Suite software. Through this certification, VMT has demonstrated Velocity® 7.0.9's capabilities to extract customer hierarchy data, customer material information and materials data.

In addition, VMT has joined the SAP PartnerEdge™ program as a SAP software solution and technology partner. Through the program, partners work closely with SAP to develop and certify the technical integration of their solutions with SAP software. Integrated partner applications extend, complement and add value to SAP solutions, thereby helping mutual customers more successfully meet business needs and drive strong results.
